Mary Oliver is always good; we had a friend read her poem “I Have Just Said” at our wedding. 🥹 Also, I’m not sure if you’ve ever read any Cristin O’Keefe Aptowicz, but she wrote her version of “Wild Geese” (also titled “Wild Geese”) in her collection The Year of No Mistakes, and I think you would enjoy it. 💕
